30+ years experience working in colleges as Head of Workforce Development and then Director For Employers. Now a freelance consultant working in strategic development

Harriet Evans
Oversees social media and marketing, ensuring the organisation’s public profile is positive, engaging, and aligned with its values. Supports strategic communications to enhance learner recruitment, community engagement, and brand visibility
Experience:
10+ years working in marketing & communications, specialising in large-scale behaviour change campaigns across central government and the non-profit sector. My work has supported major policy initiatives, including the implementation of technical education reform and strengthening the skills in the workforce.
