Learning Support Assistant (LSA) x 2

The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) provides 1:1, small group and classroom support for learners with additional educational, behavioural, social or emotional needs. Working under the direction of the Lead Tutor and SENDCo, the LSA promotes learner independence, participation and achievement within an inclusive learning environment.

Closing date for applications is 31/07/2026. Interviews will take place week commencing 10th August 2026 and you will be notified if you have been shortlisted or not.

Trustee Vacancies

Step Into Learning specialises in supporting learners who are opening new career pathways or returning to the workforce. By joining our Board of Trustees, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction while gaining valuable insight into the workings of a grassroots, frontline organisation. You will make a direct, positive impact on the lives of some of Devon and Cornwall’s most vulnerable individuals.
