20 years working in education primary and secondary working with the SEN students. I have my HLTA and have led interventions in many different areas, including English and Math. I have gained my postgraduate award in psychometric assessment to be able to assess and support students gain the access arrangements required for their exams.

16-18 Functional Skills Tutor

Experience:

Former Head of Drama. Editor and Creator of Stories for Children with a decade of experience teaching children ages 2 – 11 at Primary. Recruited by schools to increase attainment across cohorts and support OFSTED inspections. Rated OUTSTANDING by OFSTED. I tutor SEN students in a range of GCSE subjects and support the Step Into Learning learners to apply Literacy and Mathematics to everyday life.

Experience:

Teaching Access to Higher education – Bio/chemistry, Psychology and Sociology. 28 years training and teaching Counselling Skills Levels 2,3 & 4, in various settings. Substance Misuse Level 2 tutor working closely with Addaction. 20 years’ experience in the Nursing profession.

Experience:

I have enjoyed working in Primary Education as a specialist TA and have also worked in Retail as a trainer and recruiter. Recently qualified as a counsellor and love both teaching the subject alongside being in practice.
