National Apprenticeship Week 2026
It’s National Apprenticeship Week 2026! As Will Hayman-Brown, a content creator apprentice at the Department of Education says on their website:
“National Apprenticeship Week 2026 has arrived, bringing together employers, training providers, and learners to celebrate apprenticeships and skills. It’s also an opportunity to inspire those who don’t yet know about apprenticeships and what they can offer. Visit the National Apprenticeship Week website to find out more.”
The government recently announced £725 million investment to support 50,000 more young people into apprenticeships matching skills training with local job opportunities.
Apprenticeships provide a great opportunity to gain practical skills, boosting confidence, independence and adding extra sparkle to CVs, setting young people up to have a rewarding career!
We are very proud of Orion, who after 2 years with us on our hospitality and catering study programmes, has now secured an apprenticeship with Electric Bakery in Bude. We have made a short film about his experience with us and his progression to working at Electric Bakery: Orion’s Progression Film
We are also excited to announce that we will be offering a new study programme, Step Into Supported Internships, from academic year 2027-28. Get in touch to find out more! You can call us on 01566 770729 or email us at info@stepintolearning.org.uk
