New Women’s Support Group

We are very excited to announce that starting Wednesday 30th July, Castle & Coast Therapies, in partnership with Don’t Be Alone, are running a women’s support group every Wednesday at 11.45am-1pm in The Dingley Hall at Central Methodist Church, Launceston. Everyone is welcome and there is no agenda for the sessions, just turn up for a coffee or tea, biscuits and a chat.
