Stephen’s Retirement
On Tuesday 29th April we celebrated an incredible milestone, Stephen Howard, previously our CEO and most recently Safeguarding and Health & Safety Lead, retired after 21 amazing years with Step Into Learning! Stephen stood down as CEO in 2022, semi-retiring, but has remained with us until now, in a part-time role.
Stephen has been a true cornerstone of our team, bringing wisdom, dedication, and heart to everything he did. His passion for learning and unwavering support for our mission have touched countless lives, including those of us who’ve had the privilege of working alongside him.
All of our team wholeheartedly thank Stephen for over two decades of commitment, care, and excellence. We wish him a joyful and fulfilling retirement – he has more than earned it! We foresee lots of golf and fishing in Stephen’s future (as well as some house and garden renovations). It truly is the end of an era.
We look forward to hearing what Stephen is up to. We will continue to work hard with plenty of enthusiasm and dedication to make him proud of our ongoing efforts at Step Into Learning!
