Stronger Together – Group Therapy
Castle & Coast Therapies are launching new Group Therapy sessions, Stronger Together, with qualified and compassionate counsellors, Jenny and Tracey. We are excited to be able to offer the community another option for therapy, alongside our one to one counselling sessions.
If you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or relationship issues, or just looking for connection and healing, then group therapy could be for you. You will be in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where the group will support one another through life’s challenges. Castle & Coast believe that by honouring each person’s journey and through sharing, listening and respecting one another, we grow stronger together.
The first session is a taster and costs just £5 and the following sessions are £10 each. Sessions will run for six weeks on Tuesdays 10am-12pm, starting Tuesday 10th June. The sessions will be held at The Orchard Centre, Blind Hole, Market Street, Launceston, PL15 8AU.
