Please join us in welcoming Sue Caldwell who has come on board as our Business Development Lead.  Sue shares her goals and ambitions for this new role below.

“It is my honour and pleasure to join Step Into Learning as the Business Development Lead to continue building on the great foundations which will lead us to offering greater learning and growth opportunities for the communities within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

My key responsibilities are to refine and execute Step Into Learning’s strategic growth plan; to identify opportunities for our local community, build strong networks and support the vision for the future.  Our key focus will be supporting employment sectors, including the rise of sustainable green jobs.
