Students Visit Local Deli

Students on our Catering, Hospitality and Tourism course recently visited the Westgate Street Deli in Launceston where they met with local business owner Adi Harvey and Manager Andrew Killeen.

The visit gave students the opportunity to find out what it is like to own and operate your own business. It also provided a good insight into the industry.

Craig Nicholson tutor, plans to visit further local business with his students over the coming months.

As part of the curriculum students will also be given the opportunity to take part in work experience where they will be able to practice their skills and gain inspiration towards their future goals.
